IF YOU WOKE UP ONE DAY AND DIDN’T KNOW HOW OLD YOU WERE, HOW OLD WOULD YOU THINK YOU ARE BASED ON THE WAYYOU FEEL IN THE MORNING?
If I had to guess my age solely based on how I physically feel, I’d first stand up straight and walk around. Is my balance off? Are my feet sore?
Am I wearing a diaper? Is my asthma acting up?
If that didn’t help, I’d also take my heart rate and think about what I had to get done that day. I’d guess that the less stress I felt, the younger my age would be.
